Saffron Restaurant

Visited in the summer and had a delicious meal. Food was so fresh with huge portions. We were sharing between 6 so it was good to try bits of everything on the table.

I've never eaten this cuisine before but luckily was visiting with someone who spoke persian so they had a chat with the waiter and he recommended us what he thought was best. Thank you for the lovely visit, will definitely return next time I'm in the area!

The Dolma is meh and not worth it but definitely get the lamb dishes here!
They also have a lunch special price with an appetizer + Main for £15.95 which is a £5 savings. Totally worth it.

Oddly enough, no British beer on the menu but Italian and German beer is.

Lovely Persian restaurant, great food at reasonable prices. Excellent service. Small and cozy restaurant. You won't be disappointed.

A nice little restaurant serving authentic Persian food, the service is great and the food portions are generous and great value for money. Always comes out piping hot and is so delicious! Tucked away in a corner of the high street close to Richmond station it’s a nice quiet place to stop for lunch and have a break from shopping. Try not to fill up on the hot bread and dips before your main meal! Although they are always happy to provide you with a take out box to avoid anything going to waste.

We have been going to Saffron since it opened in Richmond upon Thames. Their food has been consistently good, their service is typically Persian hospitality and the atmosphere in the restaurant has always been great.
