I have ordered Sheerin Polo with Lamb with those ingredients as reported in the Menu:
Steamed basmati rice mixed with shredded tangerine peel,
pistachio, almond, sauteed red berries, sugar and saffron with
choice of lamb shank or braised chicken
What I have it was a bowl of very sweet rice with not almonds and no pistachios. I have asked them if there should be pistachios in this plate and they told me that they don't put pistachios for allergy. Completely a non-sense. The lamb was good and the starters were minimal. There are better places in Chiswick.

The Sheerin Polo dish which suppose to have pistachios and almonds have no sign of them anywhere. Waitress asked about this by my friend, didn't know what pistachios are so she called manager who replied that they don't add pistachios any more because they're allergic. Right! That's absolutely fine but why are they still listed as ingredients is beyond me. Shame. I hate leaving bad reviews but if the owners fail to be honest about what's included in their food then the least I can do is to let everyone else about this myself.

I know Persian food is full of flavor. So to take it on the safe side I was looking for a restaurant which served halal food. This restaurant was the nearest to my hotel. I ordered a mix of lamb and chicken with rice and salad.
The salad was good. Fresh and with no added sauce just a lemon to add some flavor. The rice was excellent. Whole rice, not broken, which is mostly not used by restaurants because of the price. Some sauce was on top of it. The chicken was really good. Tender and very nice flavor added to it. The lamb was minced lamb which I did not like. Yes it was tender but there a flavor added to it which was to overwhelming. Also to salty as well. Still a good restaurant to go to.
The manager of the restaurant was a very kind lady. Friendly staff as well.
