Food was absolutely terrible. Please note that I’m Persian and I had these foods all my life. Never again. Prices are ridiculously high and the quality is absolute lowest.

The service was good and the deco was very nice and the food was tasty. Why Three stars? Unfortunately it just down to two incidents but hasn't put me off from returning. Which then I hope I will be able to give a better rating. First issue Our mains were bought to the table while some were still finishing the starters.. Was told Chef made an error and had cooked our mains early. Second issue my Son ordered grilled fish.. which came with salad and rice. He had finished the 1st fillet and while eating his second he saw a bug in his salad which scared him and put him off. They happily offered to replace the meal.. as my son had already eaten one fillet i asked if they could just bring another fillet but they kindly ended up bringing a whole full new meal.. They didn't have to do that plus no way my little boy was going to eat another portion so we took it home.. bugs are common to found in salads so wasn't a real issue but I guess next please wash your salads more thoroughly.

Looking for Persian food in Chiswick, we landed in Piano. We were greeted well at the entrance. Nice decor and ambiance that left a reasonably good first impression. We were expecting live music but were disappointed to learn that its there on Saturdays only.
We were 6 and ordered various kebab / BBQ dishes in lamb, chicken and prawns plus a few salads La Carte. The standard of cooking was reasonably good though quality of lamb meat could have been better. The serving size was good. The quality and presentation of salads could have been better.
The serving wasn't impressive at all. It was slow and at times, not very responsive. To add fuel to fire, we were charged around £12 as service charges at the end. Beware, they do not except credit / debit cards. Its not a cheap restaurant and will cost you £20 to 35 pp. In this price, you can eat better.
