An utterly unacceptable food quality. One of the kofte kebabs stank badly. We wanted to speak to a manager but it was a no show. So unhappy with what we got!

Great service from a lovely waitress. I took my friend here for her first Persian experience and she loved it! Everything is always nicely done, to the rice to the mezze's. The portions are generous and the stews also delicious. Comfortable restaurant which is a family favourite. Salads are also really good! Parking is a bit tricky. I usually park at the big Tesco Superstore nearby.

Just ordered good from this place. They told me they don't take card payments so i went and got cash to pay for the meal. When the driver arrived the bill was £35 and i had £40, the driver said he had no change with him and that i needed to sort out the payment (he should have called the restaurant and sorted it out himself). I then called the restaurant and told them the situation, me and the lady on the phone agreed that the £5 would come off the bill. 1 hour later a guy called me from the restaurant demanding that i pay the money buy coming into the restaurant and playing it. When i said that i wouldn't did that he said they can take the payment over the phone (so why not take it in the first place). Then he proceeded to tell me that i should have had the right money to pay or tell them that i would need to tell them i would need change lol. If a restaurant makes a mistake it's not up to the customer to sort it out and you should definitely not call a customer demanding money off them especially when i have been told that the bill has been settled. Where is the professionalism?

Delicious colourful food, generous portions. Been there 4 times so far, recently discovered it, I’ve made some delivery orders with friends, the food is always delightfully satisfying, service is generally very good and not invasive, restrooms are kept clean. There’s a cute waitress there with green eyes that’s very nice.
I came again today, but during my whole stay for the meal I kept smelling “air freshener”! 😖That totally ruined my experience there, it was awful to smell that toxic, artificial smell I didn’t want to inhale, specially while savouring such good meal. If this continues, l won’t be coming back, no one should ever sprai this stuff around a dinning area ever! That smell belongs inside a toilet, I don’t want it on my food and in my nose while I’m eating. I told the cashier, I hope they keep it in mind.
