This place is quite nice. I had some nice lamb on charcoal with rice. The service was very good with friendly staff and a decent ambience. I will be sure to return if back in the area. Cheers

The restaurant is 10 minutes away from my flat, but each time the driver takes over 50 minutes to arrive, so the food is cold every single time. I called to see if the driver is lost again. Without even checking my order number, the guy on the phone starts yelling at me that they've been calling me 10 times and that I have not paid for my order. After 10 minutes, he finally realises he's mistaken me for another order. Could have been avoided by asking me for my order number before starting the yelling. So in the end I say, 'Anyways, the driver must be lost.' And the guy says 'No it take 35 minutes to arrive, he is on his way.' The driver finally took a whole hour to arrive, for a 10 minutes drive. I am persian myself and love persian food but I am obliged to stop ordering here, because of the absolutely horrible service. Worst service I have ever dealt with. Never felt the need to leave a bad review before, but this is the worse service I have ever received.

Food was not presented well... bad quality of lamb meat used.... very stingy with grilled tomato... I do not recommend at all unless they change their management in terms of :
Having better presentation on their food
Using better quality of meat
Adding more grilled tomato in their servings

Thursday evening, empty inside, theme music playing but lacking a warm inviting atmosphere, canteen feel to the place. The smell of cooking oil lingers subtly in the air. Rock hard, dry falafels. Lamb kebab undercooked. Lamb kofta taste was of low quality meat. Mixed grill overall not high quality. Cannot recommend, especially when grill dishes are priced at £13 each.

I am shocked. This is the worst persian food i have ever tried. I am Iranian but this place is not authentic and the food is just terrible. The place is dirty and smells of grease and burnt oil. The price is very high as of a first class restaurant. The staff were rude and didn’t know the name s of dishes nor he prices. An awful place and an awful experience Never go back again.
