It is a very modern, luxury restaurant with plenty of lavish seating all around. From the point of food, it was delicious. I chose Khoresh Fesenjoon and my friend chose Chelo Bakhtiari. Both dishes were hot enough to burn our tongues. Part way through the meal, we noticed that unlike other tables they had only provided one very thin paper napkin each instead of linen ones! When I pointed this out to the manager, he immediately gave us proper ones with lots of apologising! One disappointment was that when you first enter the restaurant there is a notice to say they serve Halal food. However, they serve this alongside the sale of alcohol. Another cultural contradiction was the playing of music even though we were observing the month of Muharram (the Islamic month of mourning). The reason that I mention these cultural discrepancies is that in my humble opinion, it is better to observe Iranian culture when serving Iranian food.
Service was okay ... very pricy considering the chicken tasted very old and left over for at least 2/3 days …
I couldn’t even take two bites of the tahchin.
Very upset and disappointed because they continued to charge me regardless of me not touching the food and complaining to them about it !
