My previous experience was much better than the recent one. We made a plan with family and friends and did a reservation but at the time of order, they were very rude and wanted us to order according to per person as we had kids with us too. They were not that busy and still unable to serve us nicely, not happy with the service. We have to remind them 4 to 5 times that we asked for something like water or sauces required. Food get cold as we waited for sauces for long. Expensive food nothing on the house and bad customer service. My last visit to this restaurant.
Visited after a long time. I found the same taste and portions. Prices are very reasonable and they have friendly staff.
Very well decorated with traditional equipment.
Highly recommended for everyone's.
They provided take away containers for left over food as we couldn't finish.
Very good food but poor customer service. Staff at the counter don’t know how to queue up guests at busy hours. Seating some people earlier than others at their own merit was difficult to understand. Also understaffed I would say because one server was looking after a lot of tables. Food on the other hand was very authentic and flavorful!
The food was okay. They need to improve their customer service. Certain stuff showed attitude, and the manager needs to improve on how he communicates to his customers. restaurant menu also needs to be clear. Ordered fresh juice received concentrate juice.
Overall it was okay, we went hungry so food usually tastes better.
Atmosphere is a bit stuffy and old school/traditional design. Was a nice change other than lack of ventilation.
For the food:
- Meat fillet was very soft, would have been perfect if it was seasoned more a bit tasteless
- Meat kabab lacked taste
- Boneless chicken was tastiest meal
- Rice was fluffy and delicious
- Hummus was delicious!
- Bread was fresh and tasty!
Service was good, friendly waiter.
Would only come again if the kebabs recipe improve.
