SEAN WHITE was fantastic. He made everything clear and the purchase of my company proceeded with such ease and professionalism. I highly recommend Courtyard Solicitors.

Sean White continually updated me during my sale and purchase. He was professional and reassuring while my buyer was stressing me out.
The whole process went smoothly and despite myself living some distance away, I was able to contact him by phone and email and visa versa. I would definitely recommend Sean and use his services in the future.

Dealt with Courtyard Solicitors for the purchase of my flat 5 years ago and its sale more recently. Sean was friendly, professional and worked quickly when under pressure to close the deal due to my buyers' mortgage offer expiring. Value for money. Would recommend.

Over the past 18 months I have used Courtyard Solicitors for a number of legal issues including establishing a power of attorney for myself and other members of my family, writing my will and extending the lease on a leasehold property. The service I have received is excellent. Good communication and updates and good at simplifying legal language. Prompt action on all issues. Nice people to deal with and very sensitive when dealing with my elderly Mum. Would recommend.
