Worst service I've received in London. Waitress got our order wrong, then tried to convince us that we ordered things we did not. The ingredients aren't fresh, the decor is dated, the restaurant and bathrooms feel dirty and dingy - really try to avoid this place if you can (don't be fooled by the Time Out reviews - I think they are fake)

The service was extremely poor. The staff were rude and inattentive. After we sat down they took more than 20 minutes to come over to us; and did not bring the drinks a further 40 minutes after we requested it. Following this we were neglected even longer before the came over to take our order. The food arrived within 20 minutes. But is overpriced for the quality. We were kept waiting again after we asked for the bill. What's more, after the terrible service they offered, they argued that the service charge was compulsory (when legally it is not). I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Maybe slightly overpriced but everything we had was delicious. Had three starters between two of us and was more than enough (did have to pay for bread which I feel should come with some dishes though). I'm confused about why there are so many 1 star reviews for this place, totally undeserved, the staff seemed perfectly friendly and the restaurant and toilets are beautiful and very tidy and the food we had really tasty.

Shame - I used to enjoy a visit to Yas but it seems that they don't really care about customers anymore. We tried to get the attention of the staff in this empty restaurant but we sat at our table for 20 minutes with not a sign of interest. We left before the evening really turned into a disaster.

Tasty food. Reminded me of homemade granny's goods. Worth giving it a go. Strong herb essence on every dish. Reasonable prices. Actually had a great time.
Music was little weird. Tv channel on the screens was weird too. Style of the place can definitely be improved to attract more people.
