Food was heated up in the microwave and was quite cold. I was served a big piece of chicken and it took heating 3 times in the microwave... The chicken was cooked really well and was flavourful. Avoid the prawn biryani however .. prawns don't look very fresh. Not a good dining experience, probably better suited for takeaway.

I really wanted to like this: Alex served me in the Camberwell branch with a smile and the decor is bright and welcoming.
Sadly, although the rice was tasty the chicken smelt off when I reheated it at home so I threw it in the bin after a few mouthfuls (it must’ve been sitting in the metal tray too long).
Also an incomplete order: I asked for two vegetable dishes but only found spinach in the bag when I got home. Needs to up his game if this business is to survive in the competitive local takeaway world. £8 in the bin (see below)

I have had food delivered from Parseh several times, more because it's the only Persian food available for delivery in my area than anything else. The koobideh is OK, quite tasty; the rice is good. The prices for main courses are fair. But there is one thing that is just insulting: the bread. It shouldn't be on the menu. If a Persian restaurant - sit-in or take-away - doesn't have a tanoor, it has no business offering bread. For £1.50, you get two toasted tortilla wrap breads of the Mission Deli type. Thanks, but if that's what I wanted, I'd have gone to the kitchen and got it myself.
